Location of the accommodation
The apartment is located on Place du Belvedère, on the first floor, very easy to access! Shops, restaurants and swimming pools are less than 5 minutes walk away of course :) as well as the little train* from Cap Esterel which takes you to the beach of Dramont, Camp Long or Port du Pousai (*in operation between April and Oct)
You benefit from both the peace and quiet and a superb view of the bay of Agay and the red rocks of the Esterel.
Pourrousset beach is 5 minutes away! The bus stop is 150 m away in high season and 300 m in low season.
In addition, pétanque and ping pong fans will only have to take a few steps to play memorable games!
Please note that there is no lift, so this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility!

Finally a beautiful sheltered terrace enclosed on the sides to make you feel at home and enjoy the outdoors in all seasons.
Access to the parking and swimming pools is included in the rental price.

Additional services
The cleaning of the apartment* is carried out by our representative on site. The various mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed after each rental. The cleaning is done rigorously. However, the tenant must ensure that they have left the premises clean before leaving (cleaned floors, emptied trash cans, clean toilets, clean and put away dishes).
